I – KẾT QUẢ PHÂN TÍCH LÂM SÀNG CÁ TRA VÀNG DA

* Biểu hiện bên ngoài: – Cá bỏ ăn, bơi lờ đờ trên mặt nước, bệnh làm ảnh hưởng đến khả năng vận chuyển oxy trong máu cá. – Vây, đuôi, cơ thịt cá chuyển sang màu vàng. Một số trường hợp, bên ngoài cá có biểu hiệu xung huyết xung quanh vùng mắt, tiến hành giải phẩu, phi-lê cơ thịt cá mới phát hiện cá bị vàng da.

* Biểu hiện lâm sàng cá bị bệnh vàng da: – Mật: Chuyển màu đen do rối loạn trao đổi dịch mật, chuyển hóa sắc tố mật, tắt mật. – Gan: Viêm, sơ cứng, chuyển màu sậm đen. Xung huyết, sưng nhẹ. – Lách, thận: Chuyển màu sậm đen, do nhiễm độc tố. Sưng to, có dấu hiệu hoại tử. – Ruột: Chuyển sang màu vàng do rối loạn trao đổi dịch mật, cá đi phân sống, xung huyết nhẹ.

* Chỉ tiêu huyết học: – Tế bào hồng cầu trong máu cá tra có dạng hình oval hay elip . – Đa số hồng cầu ở cá bệnh có hiện tượng thoái hoá mất cấu trúc không còn tế bào chất. – Số lượng hồng cầu ở cá bệnh vàng da giảm còn 10-20% so với cá khoẻ. – Số lượng tổng bạch cầu ở cá bệnh không khác ở cá khoẻ tuy nhiên bạch cầu đơn nhân và bạch cầu trung tính ở cá bị vàng da tăng lên.

* Kết quả phân tích ký sinh trùng – Túi mật: – Giun tròn (Spectatus): Ký sinh cuống mật, gây sưng viêm các vi ống mật, ảnh hưởng trao đổi dịch mật trong hệ tiêu hóa.

– Vi bào tử Myxobolus, Ceratomyxa và trùng roi Trypanosoma ký sinh trong dịch mật, gây sưng, viêm túi mật, nhiễm trùng máu cá.

* Kết quả phân tích ký sinh trùng – Ruột: – Sán lá song chủ (Bucephalopsis) và giun tròn (Spectatus): Ký sinh ở đoạn ruột trước của cá, gây viêm, ảnh hưởng quá trình hấp thu dinh dưỡng của cá. – Trùng lông (Ichthyonytus, Balantidium): Ký sinh ở đoạn ruột dưới của cá, gây viêm, loét, xuất huyết đường ruột cá.

III – QUY TRÌNH XỬ LÝ BỆNH VÀNG DA

Bước 1: Đào thải độc tố, phục hồi chức năng gan thận cá kết hợp khử độc nước.

Lưu ý: – Giảm lượng thức ăn còn 0.5% trọng lượng đàn cá trong quá trình xử lý. – Lặp lại 2 bước trên 1-2 lần cho đến khi cá phục hồi hẳn. – Khi sức khỏe cá ổn định, tiến hành kiểm tra và lấy bùn đáy ao. – Thay nước mạnh, liên tục trong suốt quá trình điều trị.
